The Resource Library offers a wide range of educational materials, guides, articles, and resources related to caregiving, senior care, home health services, and more. It is designed to provide valuable information and support to individuals seeking assistance in caring for their loved ones.
The Care Concierge Program is administered by The Helper Bees. The program offers a holistic approach to aging. You can use the Resource Library to educate yourself on various aging-in-place topics, explore the Marketplace to find trusted providers, and access a Care Advisor who can help you navigate options and recommend care and support solutions for your specific needs.
The Helper Bees Care Concierge program is not directly connected to your long-term care insurance policy or claim. Services may or may not be eligible for claim reimbursement and will be subject to the terms and conditions of your policy.
The Helper Bees Care Concierge program provides access to expert guidance from experienced Care Advisors. These experts are knowledgeable about various aspects of care, including senior care, caregiving, care coordination, and navigating aging in place. They can help you create a Personalized Care Action Plan, coordinate services, and connect you with the right resources and care providers.
A Personalized Care Action Plan is created by a Care Advisor after your initial evaluation. The plan outlines a recommendation for care and support, with milestones, to address your needs and goals. The Personalized Care Action Plan typically consists of educational resources, community-based programs and support groups, and services from The Helper Bees’ Marketplace.
The Helper Bees Care Advisor service is provided to you free of charge as a part of your long-term care insurance policy.
